3. Job Applications & Property Inquiries

Submitting an application or inquiry does not guarantee employment, tenancy, or purchase. Hiring and rental/sale decisions rest solely with the respective employers and property owners or agents. JP Supports is not party to any agreement reached between users and third parties.

4. Content & Accuracy

While we strive to verify listings, JP Supports does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job or property listing. Listings may change or be withdrawn at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JP Supports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
